Closer’s Cut

Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026. This is a starter version. It will be reviewed before paid launch.

Closer’s Cut helps real estate teams calculate and record commission splits. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your data

You own the closings and records you put into Closer’s Cut. You can export them as CSV at any time. We don't sell your data.

Not financial advice

Closer’s Cut is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check final numbers with your broker, title company or accountant before paying anyone.

Billing

After the free trial the plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges.

Connected apps

When you connect Follow Up Boss, QuickBooks or Slack, Closer’s Cut reads and sends only what each feature needs. You can disconnect at any time.

QuickBooks Online

The QuickBooks connection lets owners and admins send confirmed closings to QuickBooks as journal entries. You choose the accounts. You stay responsible for reviewing entries in your books. Disconnecting revokes our access. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's terms.

License

We grant your team a limited, non-transferable right to use Closer’s Cut while your account is active. You may not resell it, copy it or try to access other teams' data. These terms are the end-user license agreement for Closer’s Cut.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell account owners by email before big changes take effect.
